Striper activity forecast for the week is:GOOD
POOR-FAIR-GOOD
BAILEY'S BEAVER LAKE GUIDE SERVICE(479)366-8664 Beaver Lake striper are making their way into backs of coves feeding on bait using warmer water temps, a degree or two is all it takes to concentrate bait and Beaver Lake Striper. Some Beaver Lake Striper are also using deep water adjacent to road beds, gravel bars, tree lines and bluffs, here again look for water temps that are concentrating bait. The Beaver Lake Striper that are up in the White river and Wareagle arms are located in warmer water pockets or close to the banks and on the bottom along gravel bars as they often do when the water gets cold. Use these intersections of warm water/structure to your advantage as it will often concentrate schools of bait and Beaver Lake Striper. Try dragging baits close to these areas including along the bottom on gravel bars will get you some fish. Make sure you do not keep striper under 20 inches and not more than 3 striper or hybrid or combination, Walleye must be 18 inches long with a limit of 4! Beaver lake striper fishing will be GOOD with striper taken on live shad fished on down lines 20-30ft deep also try trolling small umbrella rigs with white grubs or chartrues for stained water, plugs flat lines or slightly weighted lines like Rapala #14 husky jerk's in black back or purple back colors and Smithwick Rogues in similar colors in 5-6inch model. Jerk baits like flukes used near the bottom will also produce. Try dead sticking as well for Beaver Lake Striper.
Know your species and make sure you identify any fish you keep. There is no limit on white bass, there is a 3 fish limit on striper/hybrid and a 20 inch minimum length on striper. You may not keep more than 3 striper and hybrid in combination.

Fish location is greatly influenced by lake level and current flow, current in the lake from generation will generally position fish on upstream or down stream edges of structure......check the daily lake level and flow data link on my web site.
Live shad as always on Beaver Lake when fishing for Trophy Stripers is the go to approach.
